Paco Italian Greyhound Dog

Hi Everyone! My name is Paco and I am DELIGHTFUL! Well, that's what my foster mommy says…I'm far too modest to ever make such a brash claim! I am about 5 or 6 months old, already about 10 lbs (I'm going to be a big boy!), and really quite handsome! I don't like to talk much about my life before rescue. I was found roaming the mean streets of Norman not so long ago. When my foster family got me, they could tell I hadn't been the cherished puppy I should have been. Finding my way around a house was kinda different, and a little scary too, I didn't know what to make of things like stairs…or furniture! But I made myself right at home and now you would never know I had ever been anything but loved! My foster mommy says that besides being such a pretty boy, I am also very charming! I am all puppy and love to bounce around, but I am otherwise a laid back kinda guy. I adore my iggy foster sisters and I'm (mostly) smart enough to know when enough is enough. And people? Oh boy! My foster people are so wonderful! There are human puppies here who I just love to bits! My foster parents are nice and warm, I like being cuddly with even though some times they take up too much of the couch and I have to wedge myself behind them until they move…sigh. I am still trying to figure out how to play with people, like is it really okay if I try to take that squeaky toy from their hand? But I love chasing toys that are thrown to me! My foster mommy says not to forget to tell you that I am doing A+ work on a leash and I am very easy to handle and groom (what can I say? I'm very trusting!). I am coming along well with my potty manners, my biggest problem right now is mastering crate training, I may have picked up some bad habits in my prior life… That aside, I would bring joy and love to any family, my foster mommy says you'd be crazy NOT to adopt me!
