CYD COURTESY POST Domestic Short Hair Cat

his young black cat has parked himself in our backyard. He was obviously in a home (not a street cat.) Hes very friendly, but we already have a rescue cat and just cant keep another one. He has no collar, and no chip. Weve put up signs and asked around the neighborhood, but no one has claimed him. Ive called all the rescue groups, and I hate to think about taking him to the shelter.
