California- Miss Sophie Bullmastiff - Mastiff Dog

My name is Sophie and I am a beautiful brindle girl who is looking for my very own forever home. They think I am around three years old but they are guessing because I cannot tell them my real birthday and they saved me from a shelter that was going to put me to sleep…forever !! When they saved me, the pictures of me made me look like a bullmastiff, but after they got me and saw my beautiful amber eyes, and my beautiful brindle coat, and got to know me, they think I am even more special, because they think one of my parents might have some French or Italian mastiff in them. I was a bit unruly when I came to rescue but I have gotten house manners now, I am crate trained and walk pretty good on a leash. I was not socialized with other dogs when I was young, so I tend to act not friendly to strange dogs, mostly to warn them to stay away because I am not sure about their intentions. I would like to have a home with older children who will play with me, and NO other pets. I LOVE WATER!! I will put my feet in my water bowl and dump the water so I can play in it. I love to have a pool my size that I can play in and splash the water. I am very active and like to play with toys. I really like to carry my toys around and take them into my crate with me. I do like to chew stuff when I can so if you leave me alone, its best if I stay in my crate so I dont chew something Im not supposed to and make someone mad at me. I really like my crate though, its MY place, so I dont mind going in there for rest time or if you have to go shopping.
