He likes to do the "Bichon Buzz" with his foster brother and run around trying his best to get all of the dogs in the household to run and play with him. Casper is a very happy boy, loveable and wants to cuddle. He follows his human friends wherever they go. He is a little afraid of new doggie friends on his walks but warms up right away. As far as other people he meets along the way, he loves every stranger and wants to meet and greet everyone in his path. When Casper first came to live with his foster family he was hand shy but already he has overcome his shyness. He will be even more handsome when his hair grows out.Casper has a gentle mannered, sensitive, playful and affectionate. A cheerful attitude. Note!
