Background Story Barbie, spayed female, 20lb 8mo. Barbie (being blessed and blessing) was seen clinging onto a doormat outside the place where the rescuer worked. It was a freezing night and the emaciated pup was trying to keep warm. The rescuer just could not leave the poor little mite there so she led her to her scooter and surprisingly she hopped on, putting her trust in this stranger who was trying to save her life. Her rescuer took her to the vet where she had a check-up and then home for a nice bath and big meal before she fell asleep in a soft, warm bed. Barbie (being blessed and blessing) was taken to a park adoption event every Sunday but the only people who showed interest were those who wanted to tie her up in a factory as a guard dog or outside a betel nut orchard as a watch dog. Barbie (being blessed and blessing) was not offered a sweet, loving home where she would be loved and cared for. Barbie (being blessed and blessing) is a very well-behaved and affectionate dog. She lays quietly when people are eating and never begs for food. She is submissive and good with other dogs. Her fur has grown back, covering the bite marks received from other dogs when she was on the street. She has learned to sit, catch and fetch. The only thing still being worked on is her separation anxiety as she does not like to be alone. Other than that, she is a much more stable pup compared to others her own age.
