We do adoptions in different areas of CA and Las Vegas *NO CA: We will be doing adoptions next on Saturday, January 12th 10:00am - 6:00pm at the Bay Area Pet Expo at the San Jose Fairgrounds. Look for our group in booth #25 and the dogs will be in the Super Adoption Area. If you want to meet a specific dog you must submit an application. Otherwise the dog you are interested in may not be at adoptions. *So. CA: We do adoptions by appointment once an application has been submitted. *Las Vegas: We will set up appointments with our Vegas adopters once an application has been submitted and interview completed. *Please see note at the very bottom of the page regarding adoptions. * All dogs are spayed or neutered, shots current (DHPPC, Bordatella and Rabies), heartworm tested negative and are microchipped.* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application.* We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted.* We do not ship our dogs for any reason.* Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy.* If it is on a weekend of our adoptions, follow us on @DPSRescue on Twitter to get real time updates on our adoptions. He has a non-shedding coat that is good for those who have allergies or simply want a dog who has a coat that doesn't shed. Frisco is a great option for an adult home. He has clearly been spoiled at some point in his life. He likes to do things his way and will need a home that has dog experience, doesn't mind setting limits and has lots of love and affection to offer! Mr. Frisco can be stubborn and has to be told no at times so he needs that type of home.Frisco gets along well with other dogs and currently lives with big and small dogs. We want to make sure if you are interested in a dog that we have the dog at adoptions but that can only happen if you fill out an application ahead of time and are pre-approved. (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend)*If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
