Hi! My name is Kacie! I have had a rough time lately but things are definitely looking up! You see, a few weeks ago, I was found tied to a tree with no food or water. My brother was tied up too. And we were both severely injured. A good samaritan found us and took us home. He knew we needed to go to the doctor right away. He did not have any money but he could not stand to see us suffering and in pain. He took us to BARC to ask for help for us. One of the nice volunteers heard our story and knew we were gonna need a miracle. And guess what? That's just what we got! She contacted REDCOLLAR RESCUE who agreed to help us! Off we went to the special vet who fixed our broken legs! I got on a snazzy new cast and my leg healed up great! I am about 1-2 years old and weigh 35 lbs. I am currently staying at the vet where I have made lots of friends. Here's what they had to say about me: "she knows SIT like nobodys business…", "she is loveable and loves life…", and "she is upbeat and doesn't hold a grudge after what happened to her!" I am cratetrained, housetrained, energetic and very happy. I love bones and squeaky toys. I really need a foster home where I can heal up and I can't wait for my forever family to find me!
