General Information
Driver Pay

• Our performance based percentage pay program offers every driver the opportunity to be paid based on their total performance as a driver, not just how long they've been with TMC.
• Drivers who start at the 23% level in their first month can move to the maximum 32% level in their first year based on performance.
• Percentage pay rates are calculated on a month to month basis and change based on your performance. First year drivers average $40,000 to $45,000 income and we've had new drivers exceed $60,000 in their first year.
• Percentage-based pay has the unique advantage of offering the driver an instant pay raise whenever the company gets a freight rate increase from a shipper. It doesn't get much better than that!
• TMC also offers a top mileage-based pay program as an alternative to percentage pay. First year drivers can make up to 37.5 cpm with bonuses. It's your choice!

Home Time
TMC understands that home time is important to you. If you live in our core hiring area, we will get you home at least 46 out of 52 weekends a year. If you live outside of that core area but still within our current hiring area we'll get you home every other weekend. Of course if you like to stay out to maximize your earnings, our dispatchers will work with you to keep you running over the weekends.
