Dave Duckwitz – Chief Executive Officer of TMPi
Dave Duckwitz joined TMPi, Target Media's digital subsideary, as its CEO on October 1, 2015. Dave has broad experience in the digital world-in sales, sales management, operations, business development and executive management. Most recently he was CEO of venture-backed CitizenHawk, Inc. from 2008 - 2014. Previously Dave held senior management positions with ValueClick, SupportSoft and Stamps.com, and earlier held sales and sale management positions at Computer Associates, ASK Group and Hewlett-Packard. Dave is a computer information systems graduate of California State Polytechnic University (Pomona).
Mark Salcido – Senior VP of Digital Sales
Mark Salcido joined Target Media in early 2015 to lead our digital sales organization. Mark brings 25 years of sales leadership experience with digital brands serving businesses and consumers on both local and national levels. Mark most recently served as Vice President of Digital Sales & Business Development at SignalShare. Prior to that, he was Chief Revenue Officer at Survey.com, Vice President of Digital Sales at CBS Local Media and Vice President of Sales & Strategic Partnerships at Citysearch. Mark has grown and led digital sales teams from early stages to $125 million plus in annual advertising revenue. Mark holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara.
Jane Zhang – VP of Monetization
Jane Zhang brings 17 years of operations and product experience in online advertising and management consulting. Her expertise includes launching online adverting businesses in Europe, Asia and Latin America, driving revenue growth initiatives and developing new products. Prior to joining recycler.com, Jane was with Yahoo! for nine years. She was the Senior Director of Yahoo! Advertising Marketplaces Group and on the leadership team that launched APT Advertising Platform. Before that, Jane was Director of International Platforms for Yahoo! and managed the launch of the Panama platform in 19 international markets. She also headed up the company's International Customer and Content Solutions and served as Senior Product Manager for Advertising Systems.
Jane holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from The Anderson School at UCLA, a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California, and Bachelor of Architecture from Southeast University in China.
Boris Bronshteyn – VP of Technology
Boris Bronshteyn joined Target Media in 2012 and has management responsibility for software development and critical MIS functions. Over the past 15 years, Boris has built a strong expertise in I.T. systems design and engineering, as well as people and process management working with a variety of enterprises ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Boris started his career as a software developer and quickly rose through the ranks helping companies such as Syseca, Inc., LERETA LLC, Pictage, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online, Sustain Technologies and Bank of America. Preceding his position with Target Media, Boris managed a large software development team for PSI Services LLC, a leader in the assessment industry. Boris holds a degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics, from California State University, Northridge.
Jason Hays – VP, Business & Channel Development
Jason has more than 20 years of experience directing sales and marketing efforts at all levels. Jason has helped lead various companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes. He currently leads Business and Channel Development for recycler.com and is responsible for partnership management and development activities, including agent, reseller, content distribution and sales programs. He has also served as Publisher for two of TMP's publications in the San Francisco Bay area.
Prior to recycler.com, Jason served as CEO/President of 3D Solutions and President of Innuity Interactive, a web enablement and Internet advertising company with 22 offices serving the United States. During his tenure, he helped create and manage joint marketing ventures with Yahoo!, City Search, IBM and Info Space. While serving as President, Innuity Interactive achieved the ranking as the largest Web development company in the Pacific Northwest by Media, Inc. (2002).
Previous to this, Jason held various positions as Director of Business Development, Regional General Manager and Partner Sales Manager for Nextel Communications and US West New Vector.
Jason lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Margo, and their three daughters: Alix, Alicia and Abigail.
Robert "Izzy" Izquierdo – Head of Product Management
Izzy joined Target Media in 2013 to lead our digital product development. He worked at a number of large companies and startups, including Yahoo! and Overture, the company that invented the pay-per-click search model made famous by Google. Along with search, Izzy's digital product experience extends into display advertising, video advertising, mobile, social, desktop applications, and even interactive television technology. He partnered with brands such as Fidelity, Microsoft, Expedia, and many others to enable multi-million dollar ad campaigns. In the Automotive vertical, he worked directly with Toyota, Mercedes, Ford, and GM to deliver digital advertising solutions. Izzy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UCLA.
Paul Schraeder – Director of Marketing
Paul Schraeder joined Target Media as Director of Marketing in early 2016. Paul has over 20 years of experience in developing multi-channel marketing strategies for digital and e-commerce properties, previously directing departments at Digital First Media, AdTaxi, the Los Angeles Daily News and Atlantic Records. He is an expert at creating concepts that promote and expand brand audience through direct marketing, video, digital, social, and traditional platforms. Paul attended Pierce College and the University of California, Los Angeles.
