I was looking for a business I could run myself with a low start up cost. Working under the corporate mentality had run its course. I needed to find work geared toward providing the customer with superior service, not pleasing a supervisor behind a desk somewhere. I am the owner and the cleaning tech. No one else will show up to clean your carpet or furniture. The owner will always be on the job. The 1st step is to assess your carpets needs. I will survey the area you would like cleaned and together we will decide what is best for you and you needs. The 2nd step is to pre-spray the entire area with a combination of detergent, spotter, and deodorizer. While the pre-spray has time to dwell I will concentrate on more persistent stains or spots. The 3rd step is to steam clean the entire area to rinse the cleaner from the carpet, extracting the cleaner, spots, and odors. Leaving your carpet clean and smelling fresh. Since the carpet is steam cleaned it will still hold moisture after cleaning. I steam clean with 180-190degree water so in most circumstances the carpet should dry within 4-8 hours. I do not charge for closets if I clean the room, I do not charge for most halls if I do the rooms off of the hall. There may be a charge for over sized hallways. Rooms over 300sq.ft, L shaped rooms, and combination rooms like living room / dining room combos will be considered two rooms. Living room and dining room furniture are moved and cleaned behind with normal cleaning. I do not move bedroom furniture unless requested, but there will be an extra charge.
